Our optical tooling consists of precision optical instruments fitted with tooling accessories and specialty targeting fixtures. Measurements are taken in .001" increments (.025mm) and angles measured to 1 second. We also have distance measuring capabilities to 1/32" (1 mm).
TOOL SETS ARE COMPLETELY PORTABLE
Most of our instruments are manufactured by WILD/LEICA, with other specialty instruments and equipment from BRUNSON and K&E. Precision fixtures are designed and fabricated "in house" for quality control and proprietary reasons. Although most travel is done over-the-road, our equipment can also be air-freighted.
